COMMISSION POLICIES
AGE POLICY
Any custom commissions require age of 18+. A government ID showing proof of age is required before a deposit is made.
DEPOSIT
All our commissions require a deposit, the amount of which varies according to each artist’s requirements and the price of the product. Usually 20 to 50% of the product price is charged. The exact amount will be emailed to you after you have received a quote and decided to commission. Unfortunately, once the artist has added your commission to the slot, the deposit is non-refundable.
SCHEDULE
Sometimes commissions to artists will need to be scheduled according to the artist’s slot, and a deposit will be required at the time of scheduling. The artist will schedule future slots based on your booking date, and if you have to cancel your booking, unfortunately the deposit will not be refunded.

- We will send you a quote and estimated production time within 1-3 days. If you want to ask for quotes from multiple artists, you can send them directly within one email.
PRODUCTION TIME
The production time is determined by the artist and the complexity of the production. The estimated date will be provided at the same time as the quote.
