COMMISSION PROCESS
FURSONA
Custom a fursuit requires your fursona. It is best to have three views: front, side, and back. The more reference images provided, the more the finished product will resemble your fursona. However, it is possible to make a fursuit with only a front reference.
Optional Requirements
After determining which artist you would like to commission, please decide what your fursuit needs in terms of functionality based on the optional requirements provided on the artist’s page. For example, whether or not you want to add magnetic removable hair. (Specific optional requirements will be shown in the artist’s page description)

Deposit
If you decide to start a commission, you will need to pay a deposit and send proof that you are over 18 years old via email.
After the deposit is received, we will reconfirm the details of the commission with you to ensure accuracy and provide you with an estimate of the production time.
Production
You will receive photos of the process 1-2 times during the production. There will be an additional charge for modifications that are not on the character’s reference image.
Balance
The final balance will need to be made up after the production is completed. Shipment will be arranged after this step is completed.
UNBOXING VIDEO
Be sure to take an unboxing video. If the shipment has any issues caused by shipping, we can initiate a claim with the shipping company with this video. With this video, the claim will be more likely to be successful.
