SHIPPING
- Shipping time is estimated to be 7-15 working days. International shipping occasionally meets customs checks, we will cover the customs tax and customs declaration. However, the delivery time will be extended due to the uncontrollable customs check. We will try our best to make the shipment arrive as soon as possible.
- Worldwide shipping is enabled. To guarantee the product’s safety during delivery, we will select the shipping partners that best fit the needs of various nations.
- Shipping is free on any of our products. Except for a few items the shipping price is higher than the product will be bundled with other products.
- Be sure to take an unboxing video. If the shipment has any issues caused by shipping, we can initiate a claim with the shipping company with this video. With this video, the claim will be more likely to be successful.
RETURN & REFUND
Since our items are handmade, they cannot be returned once purchased, so please think again before ordering. Although the quality of the products will be guaranteed by our skilled fursuit makers, please be aware that handmade products are bound to have a few minor flaws.
